Prior to founding Elite Labb, LLC, Kenny James consulted with companies in Morocco, Romania, Sweden, Denmark, Germany and the US. Although he typically retained roles as President, General Manager or Director, his primary functions were that of a crisis management /turn-around specialist. Kenny has assisted the varied industries of Retail, Real Estate, Construction, Global Manufacturing, Investments and Airlines. His special expertise is the achievement of bottom-line results through a focus on the human performance aspects of both business and sport.
As a former Olympic and Professional athlete, Kenny has developed a philosophy and psychology to aid the professional athlete towards a more productive, enjoyable and successful sports career. His strategic planning model ensures increased performance and better life balance by investing in the development of the entire individual – mind AND body.
